Return policy

At IAMCREATOR, your satisfaction means everything to us. We want you to feel confident and inspired every time you shop. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition  with tags and packaging intact.

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at support@iamcreator.sho with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions for sending your item back.

Please note:

  • Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings, intimate apparel, bodysuits, and sale items are non-returnable.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll be notified by email.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your refund hasn’t appeared after this period, please contact your payment provider first  then reach out to us at support@iamcreator.shop if further help is needed.

 Exchanges

Want a different size, color, or style?
You can request an exchange by emailing support@iamcreator.shop we’ll confirm availability and guide you through the process.

 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll replace or refund it at no extra cost to you.

 Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank  it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
